Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, build scalable hiring strategies to support growth, and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates using databases and various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn).
- Draft recruitment emails to engage passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Conduct candidate interviews.
- Maintain management information systems (MIS).
- Promote job vacancies on social media, job boards, and through referrals.
- Shortlist eligible candidates and report to the HR manager.
- Schedule interviews.
- Perform onboarding formalities for new hires.
