Job Description

📢 Hiring: Tally Accountant (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Tally Accountant to handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

📍 Location: Mumbai

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

  • 🔹 Responsibilities:Daily entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipt, payment)
  • Maintain invoices, expenses, and bank transactions
  • Perform regular account reconciliation (bank & ledger)
  • Match outstanding balances with clients and vendors
  • Maintain proper records of bills and vouchers
  • Assist in GST data entry and basic compliance
  • Generate reports (Ledger, P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Identify and correct errors in accounts
  • 🔹 Requirements:Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of GST and billing
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Responsible and organized
  • 🔹 Preferred:1–2 years experience as a Tally Accountant
  • Commerce background (B.Com or similar)
