🚛 Hiring for (Logistics Process – Team Leader)
Company Name: Business Growth Services
Location: Andheri East, Marol – Near Times Square, Mumbai
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage a team of telecallers / executives for logistics process
Make outbound calls to existing and potential logistics clients (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
Understand client requirements related to delivery rider onboarding
Guide team in presenting and explaining company quotations
Monitor team performance, targets, and daily productivity
Train and support team members to improve conversions
Build strong and professional business relationships
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
Maintain proper reports, CRM updates, and daily team tracking
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in BPO / Team Handling (Logistics preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills required
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives 💸
🕙 Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday Fixed
