Job Description 

 Designation : Backend Operations 

Executive – Regulatory & Compliance

 Shift Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 Week Off : 2nd & 4th Saturday and All Sundays

 Role Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage backend operations related to regulatory notices and compliance. The role involves handling notices received from various statutory authorities, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

 Key Responsibilities: 

* Handle and manage notices received across the bank from regulatory bodies such as Police, Income Tax, VAT, Central Excise, Commercial Tax, GST, etc.

* Prepare and maintain Daily MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.

* Ensure end-to-end tracking and closure of all notices within defined timelines.

* Retrieve required data and coordinate with multiple internal departments for timely resolution.

* Submit required information and documentation to authorities in compliance with TAT (Turnaround Time).

* Provide accurate and appropriate responses to regulatory authorities as per requirements.

* Identify suspicious accounts based on Transaction IDs, RRN numbers, PAN details, etc.

* Take necessary actions such as blocking, freezing, or marking lien on accounts as per instructions from authorities.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality at all times.
