Job Title: Team Leader – Inside Sales
Department: Sales

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring effective lead conversion through strategic sales execution and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR).
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist team members in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement training.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Review sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maximize conversions.
- Conduct team meetings, sales reviews, and role-play sessions for skill enhancement.
- Support client presentations, product demonstrations, and business communication when required.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Inside Sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in team handling and performance management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B/Inside Sales
- 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Experience managing Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent may also be considered for relevant experience-based profiles
