Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Sales
Location: Thane
Open Positions: 100 (Bulk Hiring)
Process: SBI Outbound Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our outbound sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have basic communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products and services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
- Experience: At least 1 year in any sales role (preferred)
- Communication Skills: Average to Good
- Basic understanding of sales process
Salary & Benefits:
