Sales Telecaller

Position Overview

We are looking for Sales Telecallers with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer

communication. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, pitching IT

solutions, and scheduling product demos or meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.

 Pitch IT solutions confidently and persuasively in English and Hindi.

 Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

 Support the sales team in achieving business development targets.

 Provide feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies.

Required Skills

 Enthusiastic, confident, and convincing communication skills (English & Hindi).

 Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.

 Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

 Basic understanding of IT/ERP solutions preferred.

 Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Education & Qualifications

 Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any stream).

 Diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
