Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
  • Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card, etc.)
  • Generate and qualify leads for loan applications
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationship
  • Guide customers on eligibility, documentation, and process
  • Coordinate with sales/field team for loan closures
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

👉 Telecallers mainly focus on sales and lead generation through calls and follow-ups
