Job Title:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused candidates to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, and providing accurate solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities :-

• 5 Days working & rotational 2 Days Off rotational 24/7 shift with night shifts included
• Handle Outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries via voice or non-voice (chat/email) process.
• Provide accurate information about services.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain proper records of customer interaction.
• Follow company Policies and quality standards.

Requirements:-

• Minimum qualifications: 12th pass / graduate
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Freshers and experienced can apply.

• Patience and positive attitude.
• Time management.
