Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller (Recovery Executive) responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments. The candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to remind them about pending payments

Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

Explain payment terms and resolve customer queries

Negotiate payment plans when required

Maintain records of calls and update CRM system

Achieve monthly recovery targets

Coordinate with field recovery team if needed

Maintain professional and polite communication

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Strong negotiation and convincing skills

Ability to work under target pressure

Immediate joiners preferred
