Job Description
Outbound Calling: Existing aur naye customers ko call karna aur unhe company ki AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services ke baare mein jaankari dena.
Lead Filtering: Customers se baat karke unki zaroorat ko samajhna aur unhe filter/qualify karna (hot, warm, aur cold leads mein alag karna).
Booking Generation: Interested customers ke sath AMC service ke liye appointment ya booking confirm karna.
Database Management: Call ki details, customer ka response, aur follow-up dates ko system ya Excel sheet mein properly update karna.
Customer Queries: Customers ke sawaalon ke jawaab dena aur service se jude unke doubts ko clear karna.
Follow-ups: Jin customers ne pehle interest dikhaya tha, unhe time par follow-up calls karna taaki booking convert ho sake.
