Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers / Back Office Executives. This role involves interacting with potential clients, managing data, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients

Provide basic information about our forex training programs

Maintain and update customer databases

Assist in follow-ups and lead management

Perform general back-office and administrative tasks

Training:

Selected candidates will undergo 15 days of on-the-job training to understand our services, communication process, and workflow.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Female candidates preferred for this role

Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
