Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, calling leads, explaining courses, following up with students and parents, and converting inquiries into admissions for courses related to Graphic Designing, Animation, VFX, Video Editing, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Follow up regularly with interested students.
• Maintain daily call reports and inquiry records.
• Schedule counselling sessions and demo lectures.
• Coordinate with the admission and marketing team.
• Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
• Handle WhatsApp chats and basic social media inquiries.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Skills Required:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident speaking and convincing ability.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and targets.
• Experience in telecalling
• Qualification: HSC/Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Experience in Education / Training Industry will be an advantage.
• Additional Requirements:Must be punctual and disciplined.
• Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication.
• Female candidates preferred (optional — include only if applicable).
• Candidates from nearby areas like Chembur, Kurla, Tilaknagar, Govandi, Sion, or Wadala preferred.
