Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Mumbai (Dadar)

Process: HDFC Mystery Calling & ICICI NACH Calling

Compensation: ₹13,330/- CTC per month (Under Stipend Scheme)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for banking-related processes involving mystery calling and

NACH verification. The role requires candidates to make outbound calls, follow defined scripts, and

ensure accurate data capture. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with basic

call center experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls for mystery calling and NACH verification processes

 Follow call scripts and ensure quality standards are maintained

 Capture and update call details accurately in the system

 Handle basic customer interactions professionally

 Maintain daily call reports and productivity targets

 Ensure compliance with process guidelines and company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

 Minimum Graduate (12+3) in any stream

Experience:

 Freshers can apply

 Candidates with prior telecalling or call center experience will be preferred

Required Skills:

 Basic computer knowledge

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Ability to follow instructions and scripts

 Attention to detail

 Willingness to work in a target/process-driven environment

Other Requirements:

 Candidates should be comfortable working from the Mumbai (Dadar) location

 Immediate joiners preferred

Working Details:

 6 Days working

 Day shift (as per process requirement)
