Job Description – Franchise Area Manager

We are looking for a Franchise Area Manager to manage and support multiple Mumbai Chai Café franchise outlets. The role focuses on operational supervision, franchise support, brand standards implementation, sales growth, and ensuring each outlet follows company policies and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day operations of assigned franchise outlets

Ensure all outlets follow brand SOPs, recipes, hygiene, and service standards

Conduct regular store audits and share reports

Support franchise owners in improving sales and reducing wastage

Train staff on operations, customer service, and product standards

Monitor stock levels, consumption, and ordering

Solve operational issues raised by franchise partners

Implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing campaigns

Ensure franchise outlets achieve monthly sales and performance targets

Maintain strong communication between franchisees and head office

Requirements

2–5 years experience in café/QSR/restaurant operations

Experience handling multiple franchise stores (preferred)

Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills

Willing to travel daily for outlet visits

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
