Job Title: Back Office Executive (Loan Products)

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Net Salary per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive with experience in the Banking & Finance sector. The role

involves supporting loan product pitching, lead generation, and handling backend coordination. The

ideal candidate should have good communication skills along with basic Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

 Pitch loan products to customers and generate leads

 Coordinate with customers and internal teams for loan processing

 Maintain and update customer data in Excel and internal systems

 Handle backend operations related to loan processes

 Ensure accuracy and timely updates of all records

 Support the sales team in achieving targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

 Graduate in any stream

Experience:

 Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking & Finance sector

 Experience in Loan / Credit Card / Collections will be preferred

Required Skills:

 Good verbal communication skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel

 Understanding of loan products and processes

 Ability to generate leads and coordinate effectively

 Attention to detail and data management skills

Additional Requirements:

 Candidate should be comfortable working from Goregaon location

 Immediate joiners preferred

 6 Days working

 Day shift
