Job Title: Telecaller – Business Loan Sales
Location: Mumbai & Thane (Chandivali & Thane wagle Estate)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to drive business loan sales by connecting with potential customers over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain business loan products
- Generate and qualify leads for sales conversion
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain a pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 4 years of telecalling or sales experience (preferably in loans/financial products)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of business loans or financial services
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred:
- Experience in DSA or NBFC sales
- Familiarity with the Mumbai/Thane market
