Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Tele Caller to manage customer support, customer accounts, payment follow-ups, and service coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to rentals, services, invoices, and accounts.
• Manage customer accounts and update records in the CRM/ERP system.
• Share invoices, payment links, account statements, and receipts.
• Coordinate with technical support, logistics, and accounts teams for timely issue resolution.
• Track customer service requests and provide regular updates.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment commitment records.
• Send payment reminders via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Verify customer information and assist with documentation and KYC.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
