Job Description

Role: Loan Sales Executive (HL / PL / AL) - Voice Process

Eligibility:

  • HSC + 6 Months Sales Experience (V5)
  • Graduate + 6 Months Sales Experience (V6)
  • Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory

Salary:

HSC + Experience

  • ₹30,000 CTC
  • ₹24,000 In-Hand

Graduate + Experience

  • ₹35,000 CTC
  • ₹29,000 In-Hand

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through outbound calling.
  • Promote Home Loans, Personal Loans & Auto Loans.
  • Handle customer inquiries and convert leads.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Shift Timing: Any 9 Hours Between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
