Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Call business promoters / CFOs from curated research lists
• Introduce Lex Wealth positioning (script provided)

·      Conduct basic LinkedIn and -domain research prior to outreach to understand the company, management background, and recent developments

·      Compile relevant discussion points to enable an informed and intelligent conversation with senior-level professionals

• Qualify interest level
• Fix structured 20-minute meetings for Founder
• Maintain CRM updates
• Follow-up scheduling and coordination
• Maintain call quality metrics
• In case of senior level individuals- basic research before may also be part of the JD.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–5 years experience in B2B calling
• Strong spoken English and Hindi
• Comfortable speaking with senior professionals
• Ability to conduct basic business research independently
• Financial services exposure preferred
• Mature tone (not aggressive sales tone)

Compensation Model

• Fixed base
• Incentive per qualified meeting
• Additional incentive per closed mandate (optional)

KPIs

• 10 qualified conversations per week
• 5 meetings fixed per week
• Quality over volume
