Job Description

A well-established International Courier & Air Freight Forwarding company with 15+ years of experience is looking for a Female Tele Caller.

Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound customer calls professionally

• Handle customer inquiries and provide service information

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and business communication

• Reply to WhatsApp messages and basic email communication

• Maintain polite and professional communication with clients

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer handling skills

• Experience in tele calling/customer support preferred

• Work From Home option available

Note:

Selected candidate will be required to work from office for a few days initially to understand company services and operations.
