Telesales Executive - Automobile Sales

💰 Salary & Earnings
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Monthly)
- Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on performance)
- Total Potential: Earn up to ₹35,000 per month!

Are you great at convincing people? Do you love cars? Selectt Mobility is looking for energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for converting online leads into happy car owners!
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Call potential customers using our online CRM system.
- Sales Pitching: Explain the benefits of buying a car from Brand Selectt.
- Conversion: Convince customers and close the deal over the phone.
- Appointments: Schedule test drives and showroom visits for interested buyers.
- Follow-ups: Keep in touch with leads to ensure they choose us.
✅ Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Telesales (Experience in Cars/Loans/Insurance is a big plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasive nature, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Language: Fluent in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
⏰ Shift Timing
- Working Hours: 09:45 AM to 07:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
