Position: Telecounsellor / Telecounselling Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students and explain available courses, programs, and benefits.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle student queries related to courses, fees, and admissions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested students.
- Maintain student details and update records in CRM/software.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing proper counselling.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets.
- Build good relationships with students through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Confident speaking ability.
- Sales-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
