Business Development Executive (BDE)

* Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing candidates by providing timely assistance and ensuring a positive experience.

* Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the Sales, Telecalling, and Operations teams to recommend suitable domestic staff.

* Conduct client meetings, and service discussions to facilitate successful client onboarding.

* Prepare and share service contracts, agreements, and related documentation in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups, candidate matching, and smooth service delivery.

* Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, interactions, service requests, and business activities in the Company's database.

* Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain long-term professional relationships.

* Support the achievement of departmental business objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional standards.

* Perform any other business development, client relationship, or operational responsibilities assigned by the Management in the interest of the Company's business.
