Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and enhancing customer engagement to drive sales and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, social media, and push notifications.

  • Segment customer databases to target specific audiences with personalized messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Assist in the development of loyalty programs and promotional activities.
