Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Inbound Process (Saraswat)
Job Type: Apprenticeship (NATS)
Salary: ₹15,500 In-Hand per month (No PF deduction)
Process: Inbound Customer Service
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24×7)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update system records.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility:
- Good communication skills in English and regional language (if applicable).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
