Telecalling Executive

Not just calling… but opening doors.

This role sits at the intersection of sales + relationship building + industrial awareness. You’ll connect with factory owners, plant managers, and procurement teams — turning cold leads into warm conversations, and warm conversations into serious business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients (cold storages, ice plants, food processing units, industrial buyers)
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Pitch Metalex products (compressors, ice machines, refrigeration systems) clearly and confidently
• Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets
• Follow up consistently — because in B2B, timing is everything
• Handle inbound queries and convert interest into opportunities
• Gather market insights (pricing, competitor feedback, customer pain points)
• What We’re Looking ForStrong spoken English + Hindi (regional languages are a bonus)
• Confidence on calls — not scripted, but sharp and adaptable
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or industrial products
• (You don’t need to be an engineer — curiosity beats jargon)
• Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
• Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with targets
• Experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead generation preferred
