Job Title: Telemarketer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases
• Introduce and promote company products/services clearly and convincingly
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Follow up on previous conversations to nurture leads
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence potential customers
• Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Good organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Telemarketing
• English, Marathi, Gujrati
• Prior experience with cold calling
