Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and experienced Female Telecaller to join our sales team. The primary focus will be reaching out to potential leads, understanding their financial requirements, and introducing them to our diverse portfolio of loan products (Personal, Home, Business, and Corporate Loans).

• Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients using provided databases to promote loan products.
• Lead Qualification: Screen potential borrowers by understanding their financial needs and checking basic eligibility criteria.
• Product Knowledge: Explain various loan schemes, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
• Conversion: Effectively handle objections and convince leads to move forward with the application process.
• Coordination: Schedule appointments for the field sales team or loan officers with interested clients.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our tracking system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling quotas and monthly lead generation targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate/ Non-Graduate in any stream (Commerce background is a plus).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, specifically within the Finance, Banking, or DSA sector.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Basic English.
• Persuasion: A natural ability to build rapport quickly and handle "no" with a positive attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
