🔹 Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support customers by providing accurate information about products/services.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
• Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• 🔹 Required SkillsGood communication skills (verbal & listening)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Strong customer service attitude
• 🔹 QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus
