Telesales Executive

Job Overview

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by promoting financial products such as credit cards and loans, as well as real estate offerings. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Lead Generation & ProspectingCall potential and existing customers from provided databases or self-generated leads
• Identify sales opportunities for credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and real estate properties
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• 2. Product PromotionExplain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of:
• Credit cards
• Personal and home loans
• Real estate projects (residential/commercial)
• Customize sales pitches based on customer needs
• 3. Sales ConversionHandle objections and negotiate effectively
• Close sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets
• Guide customers through application or booking processes
• 4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and pending cases
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• 5. Documentation & CoordinationAssist customers with documentation requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (banking, loan processing, or real estate sales teams)
• Ensure timely submission and processing of applications
