Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers who send enquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, etc.
  • Understand customer requirements and share basic product details
  • Follow up with interested clients on call and WhatsApp
  • Search for new clients on Google, LinkedIn and other websites
  • Maintain customer and lead records in Excel or CRM
  • Coordinate with the sales team

Candidate Requirements:

  • Basic English and Hindi speaking
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Should know how to use Google, WhatsApp, Excel and Email
