Job Overview
Club Mahindra is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote holiday membership plans and generate sales through outbound calling.
The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, explaining membership benefits, generating interest, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.
Candidates with strong communication skills and telesales experience will be preferred.
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain Club Mahindra holiday membership plans and benefits
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Schedule customer meetings and presentations when required
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Required Skills

- Telesales and customer handling ability
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- 0–5 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Experience in BFSI, Hospitality, Telecom, EdTech, or Real Estate sales preferred
