We are looking for a Global Tender Sales Executive in on of the well known company .The candidate will be responsible for handling inside sales and telesales activities related to global tender services, including lead conversion, client follow-ups, and subscription sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound telesales for global tender services
• Convert leads into paid clients (subscription-based model)
• Explain platform benefits and global tender opportunities to clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Update client data and sales activities in CRM

🧠 Required SkillsTelesales / Inside Sales Experience

• Strong Communication & Convincing Skills
• Lead Generation & Cold Calling
• Negotiation & Closing Skills
• B2B Sales Knowledge
• Basic Understanding of Tender Industry
• Knowledge of GeM Portal (preferred)
• MS Excel & CRM tools

✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Tender Industry (Mandatory)

• Graduate (any stream)
• Candidates with B2B / subscription sales experience preferred
