Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Periodically checking of measurements at site, visit the site daily and collate the progress details

·      Keep self-updated on revision of budgets, BOQs and milestones of project

·      Maintain and update daily tracker for i) Bill Register at Site ii) Payment Register iii) Debit Register

·      Learn new software’s /skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways /improvement areas in current working/system

·      Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills.

Requirements:

·      B.E / B.Tech- Civil (2024/2025 year pass-outs)

·      Strong interest in Site Billing/ Real Estate /Construction Industry

·      Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·      Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
