### **Job Description:**

Versetra Tours is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operation Executive** to manage daily travel and fleet operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel, fleet management, or car rental industry and be capable of handling bookings, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring seamless trip execution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage customer bookings received through email, travel portals, and other booking platforms.

* Verify trip details, allocate suitable vehicles, and ensure timely dispatch as per customer requirements.

* Coordinate with drivers for duty allocation, pre-trip confirmations, route updates, and trip completion status.

* Track vehicles during trips, monitor fleet movement, and ensure smooth operational flow.

* Maintain vehicle availability records and ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and road-ready before dispatch.

* Handle customer queries, resolve operational issues, vehicle breakdowns, and last-minute scheduling changes efficiently.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and maintain accurate operational records.

* Prepare daily operational reports and update booking status using MS Excel and email.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* 1–3+ years of experience in the travel, fleet management, logistics, or car rental industry.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email correspondence, and Indecab software.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
