Job Description
We're Hiring: Operations Manager (Valet Services)
📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Operations Manager to oversee our valet parking operations in Mumbai.
Requirements:
Must own a bike (Two-wheeler) for commuting between valet points
Valid driving license with the ability to confidently Drive Four-wheelers (manual & automatic)
Prior experience in valet/parking operations preferred
Strong coordination and team management skills
Good communication skills; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi/English preferred
Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day valet operations at assigned locations
Manage a team of valet drivers, ensuring smooth vehicle handling
Coordinate parking logistics and resolve on-ground issues
Ensure customer vehicles are handled safely and professionally
Maintain records of vehicle movement and staff attendance
