Job Description
Client Counseling: Assess client profiles (education, work experience, financials to recommend the best global career strategies and immigration pathways.
Sales & Target Achievement: Pitch overseas career solutions, address objections, and close sales to meet branch or individual targets.
Case Management & Documentation: Oversee end-to-end visa and immigration applications, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with global immigration laws.
Policy Research: Stay updated on ever-changing immigration policies, points systems, and visa regulations across countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and building long-term relationships through a sometimes lengthy, multi-step process.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years in overseas education, immigration counseling, B2C sales, or recruitment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to inspire trust and clearly explain complex processes.
- Target-Driven: A high-energy, sales-oriented mindset with comfort working for performance-based incentives.
