What are we looking for -

• Minimum 06 Months of experience in a Visa Operations.
• Strong understanding of visa processes and documentation.
• Ability to thrive independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask Problem solving mindset with escalation handling experience Experience in process creation and SOP documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Growth oriented mindset 

What you will be doing -

• Document verification & form filling for Visa Application Process
• Oversee daily operations of visa processing to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitor and manage visa experts’ orders, ensuring proper updates and status tracking across all cases.
• Handle and supervise all customer communications including emails and order-related chats.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date visa documentation requirements are maintained on the biz platform
