Job Description
The Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Upsell menu items and promote hotel offerings.
- RequirementsDiploma or certification in Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
