Job Description

Station Setup: Ensure dining tables are immaculately set with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and updated menus.

Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the daily menu, specials, ingredients, and potential allergens to answer guest questions and upsell items.

Order Taking: Accurately record guest orders (manually or into a POS system) and clearly communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar staff.

Food Delivery: Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner, ensuring the correct dishes are delivered to the right guests
