Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Accounts & Purchase Executive to manage daily accounting activities, procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, purchase processes, and ERP/Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries, invoices, and payment records.
- Process vendor bills and reconcile supplier accounts.
- Handle purchase requisitions, RFQs, PO creation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Maintain inventory and purchase records in ERP/Excel.
- Prepare MIS reports and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts and Purchase.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
