Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the metals, iron, or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts
Export Documentation Process making invoice & packing list
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain purchase and sales records, including invoices and billing
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and expense analysis
Coordinate with auditors for audits and documentation
Monitor inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
