Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive with a strong accounting background to manage client interactions related to outstanding payments. "The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable & client communication".
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients (via phone and email) for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
- Process and record purchase entries accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare and manage debit notes and credit notes in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to the senior finance team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to resolve client billing issues.
