Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive for our hotel/hostel business. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers regarding pending payments and maintaining good relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with customers for pending payments
- Maintain records of payments and customer communication
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal team for booking and payment updates
- Ensure timely collection and customer satisfaction
