Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive for our hotel/hostel business. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers regarding pending payments and maintaining good relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with customers for pending payments
  • Maintain records of payments and customer communication
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal team for booking and payment updates
  • Ensure timely collection and customer satisfaction
