Job Description
Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses, career paths, and ensuring smooth enrolment. The role requires excellent communication, convincing ability, and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals about cybersecurity and IT courses.
- Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries (leads from social media, website, etc.).
- Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain daily call records and admission reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain student database and CRM updates.
- Provide post-admission support and maintain good student relationships.
