Job Description

*AABP – ABP Channel (HDFC Life)*


*Job Role*


An AABP works in the Agency/ABP Channel and is mainly responsible for:


*Recruiting Life Insurance Advisors/Agents

*Training and motivating advisors

*Generating insurance business through the advisor team

*Achieving monthly sales targets

*Conducting meetings and customer interactions

*Building and managing a team

*The role is sales-oriented and  target-based. 



*Eligibility*


1. Minimum: Graduate preferred

2. Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates

3. Good communication skills

4. Leadership and team-handling ability

5. Age generally: 18+ years

6. IRDAI Certified


*Nature of Work*


Flexible working model in many branches


Can be part-time or full-time depending on branch policy


Work From Home + Recruitment + Team Management


Requires networking and relationship building
