Architect

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and review detailed working drawings for construction, ensuring

accuracy and coordination with structural, MEP, and site requirements.

 Develop municipal drawings and ensure compliance with relevant building

regulations, including DCPR 1991 and DCPR 2034.

 Conduct feasibility studies, including site analysis, zoning regulations, FSI

calculations, and development potential.

 Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project

stages.

 Ensure all designs adhere to statutory norms, safety standards, and

quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture having minimum 5 years

experice in above mentioned responsibility OR civil draftman and certified

as licensed surveyor with atleast 15 years of experience in the above

mentioned responsibility



 Strong knowledge of working drawings and construction detailing.



 In-depth understanding of DCPR 1991 & DCPR 2034 regulations.



 Experience in municipal submission processes and approvals.



 Proven ability to conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.

 Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.



 Good communication and coordination skills.





 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

 Registered with Council of Architecture (CoA).

 Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

 Familiarity with local development control rules (especially Mumbai region, if

applicable).
