Position: Back Office Executive


Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra


About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented graduate to join our Back Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in administration and operations. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to ERP software, import-export documentation, and customer support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining import and export documents.
  • Update customer, order, and inventory details in the ERP software.
  • Support order processing and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Maintain files, reports, and other business documents.
  • Perform general back-office and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.


Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn ERP software and business processes.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge is essential.
  • Prior experience is not required. Training will be provided.
