Job Description – Banking Credit Back-End Operations Associate

Position: Credit Operations Associate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Banking/Financial Services Back-End Operations

Role Overview:

Responsible for handling credit processing activities, document verification, data processing, and backend support for banking/financial products while ensuring accuracy and compliance with process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and verify credit applications, customer documents, and loan-related information.

· Perform data entry, validation, and updating records in banking systems.

· Review documents for completeness and accuracy as per process requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and case movement.

· Maintain quality standards and meet daily productivity targets.

· Ensure adherence to banking policies, compliance, and turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills:

· Minimum 1 year experience in Banking Operations / Credit Processing / Loan Operations / Backend Support.

· Good understanding of banking documentation and credit processes.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good MS Excel and data management skills.

· Good communication and analytical skills.

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce/Finance/Any relevant stream preferred).
